Is the price really fixed?
Yes, absolutely. The price we quote is the price you pay, period. There are no hidden fees, no meter running in traffic, no surprises for flight delays, and no extra charges for luggage or child seats. The only time the price would change is if you modify the route or vehicle type after booking, and even then we will confirm any change with you before proceeding.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight in real time using live aviation data. If your flight is delayed, your pickup time adjusts automatically at no extra cost. We include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight lands, giving you plenty of time to clear customs and collect luggage. If your delay exceeds this window, simply let us know via WhatsApp and we will coordinate the new pickup.
Where will I meet my driver?
Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall of your terminal (T1 or T2) holding a personalized name sign with your name on it. We provide detailed meeting instructions when you book, including the exact pickup point and your driver's contact number. If you cannot locate your driver, a quick WhatsApp message or call connects you immediately.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, we offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. For cancellations within 24 hours, we may charge a small fee to cover driver allocation costs, but we always handle these situations fairly and flexibly. Simply send us a WhatsApp message to cancel or reschedule.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, we provide child seats and booster seats at no additional charge. Simply let us know the ages and weights of your children when booking, and we will ensure the appropriate seats are installed in your vehicle. All seats meet European safety standards and are professionally fitted by your driver.
What vehicles do you use?
Our fleet consists exclusively of premium Mercedes vehicles, maintained to the highest standards. We offer the Mercedes E-Class sedan for up to 3 passengers, the Mercedes V-Class multi-purpose vehicle for up to 7 passengers, and premium minibuses for larger groups up to 16 passengers. All vehicles feature leather interiors, climate control, complimentary WiFi, and bottled water.
