1. Service Agreement

By booking a transfer with Barcelona Private Transfers, you agree to these terms and conditions. Barcelona Private Transfers provides private airport transfer services between Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) and destinations across Catalonia and surrounding regions.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or email. Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are fixed at the time of booking. Payment can be made in cash directly to the driver, by bank transfer prior to the transfer date, or via approved online payment methods. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from our team.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are fixed and inclusive of taxes, tolls, and airport fees. There are no hidden charges. The price quoted at the time of booking is the total amount due. Additional charges may apply only if the pickup or drop-off location changes after booking, or if additional stops are requested.

4. Flight Monitoring

We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no additional cost. We provide up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight lands.

5. Waiting Time

A complimentary waiting period of 60 minutes applies from the time your flight lands. After this period, additional waiting charges may apply at a rate of €15 per 30 minutes. If you anticipate being delayed beyond the complimentary period, please contact us via WhatsApp.

6. Vehicle & Luggage

The vehicle provided will match the category booked (Economy, Business, Van, or Minibus). Each vehicle has specified luggage and passenger capacity. Please ensure you select the appropriate vehicle for your group size and luggage requirements. Additional luggage beyond the stated capacity may require a vehicle upgrade at an additional cost.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for providing accurate flight details, pickup addresses, and contact information. Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and other road users. Barcelona Private Transfers reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are abusive, intoxicated, or pose a safety risk.

8. Liability

Barcelona Private Transfers carries full commercial insurance for all vehicles and passengers. Our liability is limited to the cost of the transfer booking. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
