Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation (24+ Hours)

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full refund. This applies to all transfer types, vehicle categories, and destinations. No cancellation fees apply.

2. Late Cancellation (Under 24 Hours)

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the cost of driver allocation and scheduling. The fee is typically 50% of the booking value. We handle late cancellations fairly and on a case-by-case basis.

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to appear at the designated pickup location within 60 minutes after your flight lands and do not contact us via WhatsApp, the booking will be treated as a no-show. No refunds are available for no-shows.

4. Flight Delays & Cancellations

If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust your pickup time at no extra cost. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, you may cancel your transfer booking for a full refund, regardless of the 24-hour window. Please notify us as soon as possible.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Bank processing times may vary.

7. Rescheduling

Need to change your plans instead of cancelling? You can reschedule your transfer at no additional cost, subject to availability. Contact us via WhatsApp to modify your booking.
